The Refuge is a confidential service which offers support and advice to victims of domestic abuse 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our helpline is available 24-hours a day and offers the opportunity to talk in confidence about what is happening.

Sometimes women feel confused about their situation and are not sure whether they should call or not. Please pick up the phone and call. If you are not sure about whether or not you are being abused it will help to talk it over with someone who has experience in helping women who have been affected by domestic violence and abuse. No concern is too trivial.

All of our support workers are experienced, friendly and positive people who are motivated and dedicated to providing the best support possible.
